54-year-old female, 5'4", 177 lbs who underwent a breast reduction and liposuction of the abdomen and posterior trunk. Patient’s active lifestyle was hindered by her breast size. We removed 827g on the right and 764g on the left. Patient had not had children, but still had trouble spots on her abdomen and posterior trunk. 2480cc of lipoaspirate was removed.
