67-year-old patient had Bilateral Tissue Expander Breast Reconstruction following a simple mastectomy. She then underwent tissue expansion and radiation to the left breast, followed by bilateral second stage breast reconstruction with silicone gel implants. 350cc on the left, 325 cc on the right.
